It was surprisingly good given that it's a Chinese buffet in Wisconsin. The spicy chicken was excellent and the egg rolls hit the spot. They even had a decent dessert section which is strange because the desserts at Chinese buffet normally suck.

The New China Buffet in Waukesha is a great deal if you like Chinese food served Smorgasbord style. Always Fresh and clean, over 50 food choices including a nice salad bar. An all you can eat, clean, friendly place for the whole family.

Was a really great place for a buffet. Inexpensive and a huge variety to choose from. The whole family was able to find enough choices. Plenty of parking. The inside was a little crowded, a lot of tables seemed to be crammed in.

It was the best buffet we've had on the south side. I enjoyed it all. Could use more veggies, but not complaining. Overall it was a good experience and we will return. I am not a sushi fan but my girlfriend is and was impressed with theirs.

Wow! There is food for everyone here. My personal favorite was the seafood. The tilapia and swai they served at the buffet was so tender. I tried a few things I've never had before as well and liked them. I would definitely eat here again.
